Wall art featuring flowers, bouquets and blooms of any kind are a classic way to add a finishing touch to any room.  This reproduction of a bunch of multi-coloured tulips, expanded to fill the image makes a compelling statement piece.  This picture from a copyright and license free source is a strikingly detailed sketch of the tulips in close up, overpainted with a red, purple and orange palette of pastel shades to create bold, defined effect.   This stunningly detailed piece of art would make a standout piece in any room in your home.

Flowers In Art

Flowers have been used in art for centuries, and they continue to be a popular subject for artists today. From impressionist paintings of tulips to contemporary artwork featuring colourful bouquets, flowers can be found in all kinds of artwork.

Flowers are often used to express emotions and convey messages in art. For example, a painting of a single red rose might represent love or passion, while a bouquet of white lilies might symbolize purity or innocence. Flowers can also be used to create beautiful abstract designs or simply add colour and texture to an artwork.

The use of flowers in art has been around since ancient times, with many cultures using them as symbols for religious beliefs and celebrations. Today, flowers continue to be used in paintings, sculptures, photographs, and other forms of visual art.

Please leave a comment if you are happy with this artwork or have any suggestions.

This free wall art is similar to a standard A5 size (210 x 148mm or 8.3 x 5.8in approx.) and is high resolution 300dpi (high print quality). For example, the JPEG is 2480 x 1756 pixels, and if altered to 150dpi (medium print quality) would actually give an image size of 420 x 297mm.  I am working to provide even larger sized high resolution downloads for this artwork.
